What you'll do

    1. Collaborate with the Business and Information Technology team throughout the System Development Lifecycle of the application to ensure timely completion of projects. 2. Work with testing team to ensure that the functionalities of the application meet the business users needs and inputs. 3. Act as liaison between stakeholders and the development team. 4. Conducting Joint Application Development and Joint Requirement Planning sessions. 5. Analyze requirement documents received from business users such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks. 6. Create a Requirement document with details on analyzed requirements and update it based on changes in the Business User and/or the System Requirement. 7. Conduct internal team meetings to discuss solution perspectives, complex problems and review related information on the application. 8. Creating High-Level Design Document and create Use Case Diagrams, System Context Diagram, Business Process Flow, UML Diagram, Cumulative Flow Diagram using Microsoft Visio and Unified Modeling Language within the document. 9. Developing project management deliverables in conformance with project management policies and standards. 10. Using Sprint methodology and CA Agile tool to keep track of the User stories (deliverables) through Sprint planning. 11. Report project status, issues and implemented solutions to the development team and the Stakeholders. 12. Identifying complex problems in execution and implementation of projects and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. 13. Review test strategies submitted by the QA team. 14. Provide a demo use of the application to the business users and collect their feedback on the functionality of the application. 15. Communicate the same to the project team to improvise/keep the functionality or add new functionality. 16. Conduct awareness sessions with the client on how to use the functionality and what are the results when specific inputs are fed into the application. 17. Working as a first point of contact for the business users or clients to handle the issues related to systems.

    The position requires a Master's degree in the field of Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.

    Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States.
