What you'll do

    · Minimum 1+ years of working experience as an IT Recruitment · Experience with Job Boards like Monster, Dice, etc. with Strong Experience in placing IT professionals in the US market with clients · Work effectively as a team member as well as an individual with minimal direction · Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings · Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process · Knowledge of visa categories in the US, including experience hiring H-1 Visa, EAD, GC candidates · A good understanding of technology and technical skills · Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection process complies with employment laws and regulations · Experience working on W2 Tax Terms. · Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits ,compensation , US Visa/ employment types and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC , OPT and CPT. · Source candidates through various online platforms such as LinkedIn, paid job boards like Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder, and Google Boolean searches · Ability to conduct technical interviews, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates. · Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
